had pumpkin and grapes for dinner
lunch, had optislim choc shake
breakfast, had oats with milk
dats all
jogged for 3.28km and burnt 280.24cal
is dat enough for a day? i hv no idea
js wana get rid of those unwanted fat
da consequence is my ankle start to feel pain
duno why, da back tendom js strain everytime i start to run
it is 10+ night now and i m a bit dizzy
everytime working have to stand for nearly 8 hours
does the fat/cal burn?
i wan to lose weight, at least 5kgs !!
